Statement of Policy

Domestic Shipping Restrictions: There are special eligibility considerations when shipping items to domestic areas outside of the 48 contiguous states including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase and credit will be issued towards your next purchase. No Cash refunds. No returns will be accepted on the following items; out dated packaging, opened products, defaced merchandise, special order items, discounted items, makeup brushes, samples, cosmetics.

Goods damaged in transit: The acceptance of a shipment by a transportation company is an acknowledgment that the articles were delivered to them in good condition and properly packed. Goods damaged in transit to are the responsibility of the customer to report to Keyano within 24 hours so a damage claim can be processed through UPS. If these goods are damaged in transit, they should not be signed for until the transportation company?s agent has noted on both the freight receipt and freight bill the nature and extent of the damage.

Claims: Shortage claims must be made within (3) days of receipt of merchandise. Note that this includes freight delivery shortages. Notify Keyano immediately so that we may instigate a search by the freight line for any missing cartons. Payment of invoice must still be made within terms. If damage is not noticed until freight is unpacked, notify Keyano at once.

Back Orders: Backorders will be shipped for items that will be received within 30 days of order. We will indicate on invoice those items that cannot be shipped within 30 days, REORDER.
